Review of An Outdoor Orchestral Rendition of Dr Dre: 2001
Unfortunately, the experience watching this 'an orchestral rendition of Dr Dre' was far from satisfactory. The so-called "orchestra" turned out to be a disappointing imitation, lacking the depth and authenticity one would expect. The rapper's performance fell short of delivering the anticipated energy and skill, leaving the audience unimpressed. To add to the disappointment, the overpriced food left a bitter taste in more ways than one. The absence of live support acts and the use of pre-recorded tracks instead of live DJing only highlighted the lack of effort put into curating an engaging lineup. Adding insult to injury, only two members of the supposed So Solid Crew actually showed up for the performance. The dismal atmosphere, coupled with the half-empty venue, further exacerbated the overall sense of disappointment and disconnection. All in all, it's unfortunate that this event failed to deliver on multiple fronts, leaving attendees with a regrettable and underwhelming experience.

Review of An Outdoor Orchestral Rendition of Dr Dre: 2001
So Solid Crew warmed us up nicely and the main event was brilliant. Service at the bar was rapid and friendly, which makes a change at big events. Great crowd too.

Review of An Outdoor Orchestral Rendition of Dr Dre: 2001
Dr Dre was rubbish. Main vocalist was out of tune for majority of the songs, could see there was a lack of confidence. Strings players were also not in time with each other.

Review of An Outdoor Orchestral Rendition of Dr Dre: 2001
False advertisement of what was offered. Did not mention it was like a mini festival, it was advertised as a orchestra playing Dr Dre’s 2001 album and it was literally a small band with someone rapping over the top. Myself and my partner thought it was going to be a powerful orchestra playing some of the greatest hip hop, it was not. So Solid Crew, a legendary 90s garage band was set to play, we found this out when we were there and were excited and out of 11 of them 2 turned up and ended up doing 2/3 songs of their own which lasted a minute or two. They then sang/rapped along to other songs which weren’t theres. The tickets and website told us to arrive at 4PM and nothing happened/no one came on till nearly 8PM. We traveled 3 hours to see this and it was such a waste of time and money. There was no programme to explain times it what was going on and when asking staff no one had a clue. We would NOT recommend. Food prices were absolutely ridiculous, £8 for 4 small, cold doughnuts.
