Very poor
Very long queue for shower, not worth paying £50 to have to wait over an hour for a shower
Toilets were okay
Had to get up early Sunday to get in the shower without waiting over an hour but was still about 30 minutes
Shower were disgusting and the smell was dreadful

Toilets were good but queues were too long for showers! First day the girls showers were broken so everyone had to use the boys!

We were really looking forward to having club class at Sundown festival, however on the first night (Friday eve) the water to all taps was turned off, meaning no place to use to wash our hands, brush our teeth, take our make up off etc. Then the Saturday morning half the showers weren't working, meaning the 70 person queue we joined took two hours to get through, by the time we got our turn the showers were filthy and we had no room to get changed, so we had to run through the mens changing room (as it was only the mens showers working), in front of the now 100 strong queue. There were lots of things that could have been done to help the situation, sadly none were offered.

I am expecting a refund for this as the showers were not even hot and hardly any water came out, this made queues longer and it’s definitely not worth it at all. It was 10£ cheaper last year and had better facilities.

Way over priced just to shower in a trailer behind a curtain, where as last year had doors with locks

One of the shower blocks were down and not running for the Saturday, meaning a 2/3 hour wait for a shower, that was being shared by everyone and not male/ female as advertised. One small set of about 8 taps between everyone for brushing teeth, hand washing etc. toilets were kept clean but a tight fit. Staff didn’t seem to do alot other than sit at the front and listen to music, very frustrating when you have people who clearly didn’t pay for the use coming in and then also cutting the Que. overall not worth the £50 per ticket we paid that was then advertised at the site for less 🤷🏻‍♂️

payed £50 to not even get to use the showers as so many tickets were sold the queen went on for hours and hours also ticket prices online was more expensive then what they was selling in the luxury bit

This year I came and got my club pass band however some of the shower were broken which took about 3 hours to have shower which I paid £60 for, then seeing it’s £20 a day pass on the door which would of saved me money
