Epic event and just what I needed

I had bought a ticket, which included me into capacity, but when I arrived at 17:10, security told me I had missed the cut off to attend, despite there being 6 hours left of the event. I bought my ticket on the skiddle app and no where does it state on my ticket that the cut off time to attend was 5pm.
This is a real shame, and makes me think they're happy to just take money for nothing.

No vip toilets vip area was lacking in anything vip and resources. Still had to que for main toilets mvip bar was rubbbish

Best rave in a long time! Location was perfect and prices weren’t that bad considering what they can be at these events. Hope to go to more in same location have some different DJs

Venue wasn’t organised well enough the vip wasn’t worth it at all th toilets and vip bar wasn’t open untill later on but otherwise it was wicked

Music was great, the venue was a let down with the toilets being way to over crowded and girls using the men's which I personally think is not on! the smoking shelter being small with only one door in and out which made it a nightmare to get to.
I thought the food and drinks were reasonably priced for something like this. But our tickets were expensive! Sadly, there was a lot of lads that we aggressive and up for a fight my boyfriend was threatened in the toilet when he accidentally bumped into one but stewards did come in and remove them which was good! I now this is something that cannot really be controlled but it was a shame.
