Bar queues were ridiculous. Not enough toilets. UB40 only on for 1 hour, shocking! Cheap tickets sold out, paid £43 then weeks later people were able to buy the cheaper tickets! What's that all about!

The whole night was great only thing that spoilt it for me was the token drinks system. Like to buy friends u bump in to drinks not so easy with the token system there was a lot of people not happy with it. Why is it not possible to use credit cards still cashless

Paid for VIP for my friends birthday as a treat, was unable to get into the VIP as we were told too many tickets had been sold, so over subscribed
Getting drinks from the bar was a total nightmare, had to stand in a queue to purchase tokens, then stand in another queue for an hour to get a drink
There was no order with the queues people pushing in which caused people to start arguing

Paid 150 pound for 2 vip tickets I spent most the night queuing to get into the VIP area which the security closed off as there where at full capacity of 600 people there must of been over 200 people still wanting to get into the vip area meaning they over sold the VIP tickets. Completely spoilt the show which we never got to have a dance or nothing very disappointed. Security where put under huge pressure from customers at no fault of the security or customers. Atmosphere was decent but as I was in a que I never got into the mood. I never got to a bar apart from once whi I would like a full refund as I never got what I paid for which meant I had 30 pound of unused drink tokens unused.

Very disappointed the way the bar just closed. I was stood in the queue and then at 9.50pm was told the bar is shut. I still had £15 worth of drink tokens and they could not be used or refunded. The show was on till 10pm so expected the bar to be open until then. Its a bit of an inconvenience when you are waiting to then be told no more drinks are being served.

Paid £50 for drinks tickets ( £40 + £10 free) queue at the bar was at least 7 deep all the way round the bar we managed to get 2 drinks which also meant we missed a lot of the acts as it took nearly 35 -40 minutes each visit to the bar, at and when the concert finished we went to get another drink while we waited for our taxi and was told the bar was closed so I am now left with £30 of unused and useless tickets my sister and I have saved up since last year for this concert and I don’t feel it was well organised there was definitely not enough bar staff and we were in the VIP area

Brilliant night, only thing was the chaos for drinks. Having to stand in a long queue to buy drink tokens then stand in another massive queue to actually get drinks… VIP? Was nothing vip about it, huge queue for toilets also.

Other than that ub40 where brilliant the support acts.

UB40 only performed for one hour. £75.00 per ticket makes that pretty poor value for money.

the music and atmosphere was great, venue itself good however the bar was sadly totally inadequate. had to que for the best part of an hour which meant missing much of the support act, i deceided to give up obtaining further drinks. in terms of the ticket cost i bought mine months before the event as i wanted to see this group. the tickets then became available two for one (half price) so felt ripped off as paying early cost more than waiting.

Absolute joke I will be putting a complaint in, bought tokens for the bar but couldn’t get to the bar it was the most unorganised event I have ever been to, after 2 hours of trying to queue we decided to leave the event, total waste of money

A great night but future events could do with more bars, 45 mins to get served.

Few idiots but security dealt with them quickly enough.

Thought UB40 would have done a bit longer on stage but the hour we got was fantastic

Absoltley shocking that whoever organised organised event think its okay to take nearly £80 of people for v.i.p tickets. No disabled access for my mother even though event stated in vip areas there was. When I asked staff about this I was told "I don't get paid enough for your queations". Bar staff was a joke about 6 of them on only serving one half of the room. Couldn't get served drinks were shocking quality they ran out of most things before 7 o'clock. Un40 didn't didn't on until 9. No where did the event state we would be paying that much money for an hour of ub40. Staff were just horrible as well still can't get over it. And I also round out that allot of tickets were given away to people for free in the end! Completely ripped people off had a rubbish experience and left early. Seriously staff were just telling you off for nothing at all shouting in your face for just being stud next to them (we came indoors to the vip tent because my grammar has a sight problem and struggles to see in the dark.) I was shouted at by a member of security for being stud next to my grammar to which then the woman five minutes after came over to appolhosue because she didn't realise me and grammar were together. If you don't have the staff don't put the event on and for god sake If you don't like your job or feel you aren't paid enough then don't do it. People do not deserve to pay that amount of money for a bad experience.
