Review of Electric Wave Festival
Excellent event, customer service was fantastic. There was a really nice atmosphere through the whole weekend and all facilities were kept clean and tidy, even the temporary toilets! We had a fantastic time! Hope to be back next year!

A "family festival" with no food? Told we couldn't bring our own food or drink in but there was only 1 rubbish burger van that ran out of burgers & hotdogs, and the surf snowdonia café that is not set up to handle that many people, cost a fortune and you had to wait over an hour for food while missing the main event. They were selling chocolate bars behind the bar but not after 9pm? Not sure why. So lots of hungry children and no food to be had. Not a great deal for the children to do in the rain so they quickly got hungry & bored. We stayed at the campsite and the shuttle bus was disappointing, only coming every hour, the showers were locked on Sunday morning, no food or drink facilities at the campsite.
Music and bands were great, it's a shame it wasn't very well organised and certainly was not set up for families.

It was a lot of fun! Beer prices were ridiculous and there was very little in the way of food. Good for families but there were some non family goers that did not respect people with families, partying to 5am in the campsite.

Only 1 live music stage. The other 2 music streams where DJ’s. Very poorly attended, no atmosphere at all. Nothing to do other than stand and listen to the DJ’s. No stalls or activities (other than 1 face painting tent).
Only 1 food stall. A burger van with no veggie burgers and giving out burgers in individual polystyrene boxes that were thrown in the bin 20seconds later!
Considering this was set in a beautiful natural location, there was no attempt to be environmentally friendly at all! Quite shocking.

Underwhelming: Small amateurish event. Minimal family activities (No skate ramp as advertised) No street food as advertised - 1 small burger van which had ran out if burgers by 5pm. Poor information regarding who was on music wise. would have been good to have something like a climbing wall/go carts/Craft tent/chill out tent/surfing demo/commercial stalls. we wouldn't attend this event again
