Well what can I say what a fab time we all had ; classy , staff amazing , drink gins are lush such good value ! Great day night for a girly catch up , or for couple too ; I loved the round tables got talking to lots of people , music great we all danced 💃

We had a great afternoon. The only slight criticism we had was that the bar was not very big and there were not many staff serving.

Lovely venue happy with the free samples An photograph. reminded me of a wedding the way it was set out An felt VIP had the best of the best as the singer was in with them An they could just get up An dance but if we wanted to dance we couldn't as we would be in the way of people that was the downside for me as I love to dance The gins where of good variety An the bar staff were quick An helpful. Yes would recommend to family An friends Thank you Lynne

Really enjoyed the night, however, did not give 5 stars as although it was beautifully presented, unfortunately it was a bit small and so tables were really close together and all night I had to move for the person behind me to get in and out of her seat as she kept bashing into me. Staff were wonderful and professional and music was a good mix for all to enjoy.

Had a fantastic time at the venue , took my mother for early Mother's Day present. Atmosphere was great we all really enjoyed all the samples and different gins

There was a Ab Fab range of gin but it was very expensive.

£16 to get in and two tiny taster shots of two gins you would never choose ! Black jack and dandelion & burdock! Yuk! You did get a free glass of Gin upon arrival

Thereafter we couldn’t get a seat at a table.. we had to scrounge 4 chairs from different areas and then sit on a fire escape route. Music was ok but live singler was VERY loud and we had to shout.

The atmos was akin to a brightly lit wedding room where you don’t know anybody..

To be fair the staff were very nice and they had fever tree mixers

All in all I would not recommend

My friends and I had a great day yesterday at the gin festival. The venue was fantastic as were all the staff. Look forward to next time.

I got this as a gift for my friends birthday and we were really disapontd there was nowhere to sit and when we finally got somewhere to sit they started packing away at 9pm, the event finished at 11pm! Including packing the table away our drinks were on! The toilets also stunk and were very unclean. We left after 2 hours as we were in the other room and couldn’t see any entertainment. tickets shouldn’t be sold if there isn’t enough seats for everyone. I would like to request a refund please!

What a great day, fabulous venue, great gins all tied up in one of the world’s most iconic buildings!!
The singer(sorry, don’t know his name) was really good and the music he played was too.
The staff at The Venue were very helpful and it was nice to see the concierges were absolute gents, chatting to people and opening doors.
The only thing I can find fault with is the catering or lack of, a sharing platter of cheese and crackers for £10 really isn’t going to satisfy anyone and overpriced as well, I didn’t see many people purchasing, perhaps something a bit more imaginative and reasonably priced could be organised for October’s event.
The Absolutey Fabulous Gin team can be satisfied that they had created a fabulous afternoon for those attending!

Great venue, so much easier to get to than Croxteth Hall. We purchased VIP tickets and well worth the couple of extra quid to be guaranteed a seat. Unfortunately this also leads me to my one complaint. We were placed literally within 2 feet of the singer’s speaker. In the end when the organizers couldn’t move us they arranged for the music to be turned down but my ears are still ringing this morning and it was impossible for my group to converse as we would have wanted. I suspect there are also some health and safety issues involved ( again based on my ears this morning). I know some one has to get the short straw when it comes to seating but the table location just wasn’t fair either on us or the singer.

Excellent night with a fantastic choice of gins .
It needed a bigger bar ,more seating and possibly a small dance floor for the dancers in our party.
Well done absolutely fabulous Gin .

it was very expensive considering the entrance fee. not much atmosphere, a dance floor would have been a good idea too.
