Review of Children\'s Sing A Long Cinema : The Greatest Showman
Very very disappointed as i was really looking forward to seeing this. We all waited around for an hour and a half before the show started. We were instructed that doors closed at 16:30 for the show to start at 17:00 when in fact it started at 18:00. The children were by then fed up and loud and getting bored. The music was far too loud before the movie started and had nothing to do with the show at all.
The cost of drinks was expensive and the food menu extremely poor and a limited choice. All money making within this time!
Once the film started you couldn't actually hear the dialogue and the dancers that sang and interacted were very poor and ameture!
We left after half the film as the noise in the conservatory was getting louder and louder and by that stage you couldn't hear the film and it wasn't enjoyable.
So having spent £17 on tickets, £20 on drinks and £5 on warmed up gorilla chips with a simple of cheese on that were as dry as the Sahara desert and the rest that wasn't microwaved together with cheese where crumbs, all in all it was very poor value for money.... upwards of £40. Not going anywhere or doing anything like that again. I'd have rather bought a DVD player and disc and watched it in the comfort of my lounge!

Review of Children\'s Sing A Long Cinema : The Greatest Showman
Unfortunately me & my daughter left 10mins into the show ! We could not see the screen as it was too low & the people infront were quite big & had ther child on ther knee . I was not prepared to stand up for the whole film! I also found a lot of distractions - adults/children moving about , talking amongst themselves!
I have been in the venue before & is a lovely place but don’t think it’s right for this sort of entertainment.
Value for money no because we left but in the right venue ... yes.
Probly would not book another .

I was really disappointed that a children's sing a long didnt have the words subtitled for the children to read...
I was also disappointed that alcohol was served in glasses ,which I thought was very dangerous having so many children running around.
I was also disappointed that staff didn't keep children under control, instead running around and being noisy..
So in all it was in my opinion a waste of money .
I look forward to your reply

I thought the event was great! My chikd absolutly loved it. There were a few teething issues but these did not spoil the event.
The music was at parts a little loud considering it was for children and they have more sensitive ears. My child is only two so I would have preferred the event to be a little earlier (as it was before the venue change), even some of the bigger kids seems to be tired. Also ordering hot food from the same place as the sweets ment you had to queue for a long time for something simple like popcorn, if there was a separate stand or even people walking around selling popcorn and sweets that would have been much easier especially for parents there alone and could not have queued.

Review of Children\'s Sing A Long Cinema : The Greatest Showman
The chair arrangement was poorly set out so children could not see the screen due to seats being placed directly behind each other. It was also completely inappropriate to have drinks provided in glassware that could be smashed by children moving around and dancing. Despite the advertisement there was poor selection of food and desserts and live entertainment was extremely limited.

We didn't get to go as you changed the venue last minute to a later time on the other side of the Mersey!! Would never book another event again that Skiddle had any involvement in!! My daughter was so disappointed!!
