Review of Independent Liverpool Spring Gin Festival
The jazz finished fairly shortly after we arrived (two hours into an eleven hour event) and everything was pretty expensive considering we'd paid nearly £10 entry. It was a lovely space though and all of the food was very nice.

Review of Independent Liverpool Spring Gin Festival
Me and my party were extremely disappointed with this event. The venue itself was ok, toilet facilities could be better, but ive been to worse. there was no freebies, samples were a tiny plastic shot glass style and it wasnt given freely. one trader was helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. There was one lady who was more interested in her small dog she had under the table and so interacting with her was difficult. she said she only had a couple of bottles available as samples and didnt have enough left to give to some of our party. I did notice her have a few samples her self a bit later on while chatting with a friend though. i was very disappointed with the price of both food and drink (and im well aware of pricing in cities and at events) and even with a discount offered on food, with a specific app, it wasnt enough to appeal the seating was poorly thought out, and whilst looked nice wasnt practical. bench seating in rows packed very close together so getting to spaces in the middle meant uprooting those settled around the edges. i was not aware of live music. it was very disappointing, expensive, and not well planned or organised. i shall not attend this event if it runs again and will return to other better events where you come away with at least a glass or a few full drinks.

Review of Independent Liverpool Spring Gin Festival
I had a good time at the Independent Liverpool Gin Festival but I do think it could have been better. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of different gin stalls available. There was a great variety of gins available to try on the bars, but I was looking forward to seeing more independant gins and more distillers. I think the event would benefit in the future from being more like the beer festivals. You would have more of a chance to try different gins as there is a huge selection available. The food at the event was really good and I liked that there was a real variety in the food available.
The music was really good too but it would have been nice for the live music to have gone on for longer and had a bit of variety of acts.

Review of Independent Liverpool Spring Gin Festival
Not exactly a gin festival!
Nice event but other gin festivals provide 50-100 gins to taste. Plus for the entry fee they give you a nice proper glass not plastic containers to taste your gin then take home as a momentous/ drink gin at home.
Music was very loud. Not conducive to discussing the gin.
Event was neither one thing or another - bit of an identity crisis really!

Review of Independent Liverpool Spring Gin Festival
The tables were too close together and if you where in the middle you had to ask the entire row to stand up to let you out. Gin was good but for paying in and to receive not even a glass was a bit much. I have been to many festivals and your usually greeted with a glass and drink.
