I was absolutely disgusted with this event.
We were put in the basement with nowhere to sit.
My 3 children were no happy which made me not happy.
I was gobsmacked that there was no organisation or anything we stayed for 5 mins then left.
as I made my way upstairs the lad behind the said he didn't blame us for leaving and if I wanted a refund I had to go back downstairs to ask.
Yes I would like a refund as I've paid £18 for 5 mins of nothing.
