The event was great. However the queue jump tickets purchased didn't allow us to jump the queue.

Paying a lot more for queue jump tickets, then arriving to find there’s a large queue and the bouncers expressing there’s no queue jump tonight so you had to join the queue with everyone else!!! False advertising so people will pay more for something you don’t actually offer
