Review of Eurovision Viewing party
Venue crammed in so many tables views were constantly restricted had to move to another table which was no better. Sound quality was poor. No table service as promised. Prepaid c**ktails had to be fetched from bar so missed some of show. I phoned venue couple of times beforehand as we were travelling along way to Liverpool and was promised it would have lots of large viewing screens most were TV size with people sitting at tables restricting views. This venue totally misadvertised what they delivered!! It was all about cramming in as many people as possible to make money not about us enjoying show. They assured us in phone bar would not be open downstairs but it was so people were talking over the show!! It was a total shambles we left after an hour and had a totally ruined even g and experience!!! We have requested a full refund form venue. Female manager was a credit to place trying to help customers as several left too!!! The male manger was condescending and had no idea how to deal with situation seemed to think it was a joke he obviously didn't realise we were proper eurovison fans if we'd wanted to watch a TV in a rowdy bar we could have done that back where we live!!! He had no people skills. The venue totally ruined our night and we paid alot of money for tickets when downstairs in the bar there was a big screen up with customers watching it for free!!! Totally disgraceful way to be treated!! Expect full refund and would appreciate any help you can give us with this please. We talked to people on tables by us and they had travelled along way to and were upset also.

Review of Mother\'s Day at Revolucion de Cuba
From our booking not being sent by Skiddle to the restaurant knew it would be bad choice. Can’t fault the staff very attentive and friendly but the food was very poor and must have been sat under warmers way to long as solid. C**ktails were good as was the music but not the best experience.

Review of Scavenger Hunt Time Bomb Liverpool
It was my first scavenger hunt with skiddle. It was very well organised and it was lovely meeting new people. The host was welcoming and stayed in character. It was surprisingly fun going on the hunt in my home town and getting points to win the prize. Overall I would recommend going and I look forward to trying more in the future.

Review of Champions league final viewing Liverpool 2022
Loved the venue, loved the people If Liverpool had won the vibe and energy would've been a different level, loved the fact that Liverpool songs were being played, wanted loads more of them to be played throughout the night, It was really good vibe because of the limited number of people allowed we actually got a view of the game and the numbers inside the venue were enough that you weren't squeezed in you had space to move etc which is rare for a big occasion but we really liked that and it was a good crowd, the drinks were really good as well the venue is really comfortable because you had to go upstairs in the private area which was cool as we never get to experience VIP style treatment kinda felt exclusive, which is nice for a change! (what was funny was the hen party that were upstairs before hand had no idea football was being shown and when they saw the place starting to fill with fellow Kopites they just left so many seats for us to use, never seen a hen party exit a venue that quickly before only to see them later on again as you'll read in a sec...if I haven't already bored you!)
Really liked that after the game we headed downstairs feeling down about the loss and really negative, but there's still a party atmosphere going on, It was mainly the hen parties and the groups you could tell that had no interest in football whatsoever and they were having the time of their lives, singing and dancing away because it was probably one of the nights where they could just have the entire place to themselves (without drunk individuals trying to make unwanted moves on them because they're watching the footy) they just partied away and good on them because although we were dejected by the loss, the party downstairs was like hang on sec life goes on carry on partying we got the parade tomorrow to look forward too and it cheered us right up.
(Here's where I sound like a grumpy old man)
Drinks were really good, wristband idea was so beneficial, prices were a bit steep but we understood the competition of other places etc often not always but some people did jump the queue at the bar to order drinks but it's fine because like I said above decent numbers where you were getting served anyway but having to wait a bit, staff were working their a**es off to accommodate everyone and they were honest about the type of drinks and if they were worth while or not as some were actually awful and we're thankful for the staff for pointing those ones out, they cared more about us enjoying ourselves then they were about taking our money and that honesty you won't get in parts of London.
One friend that came along with us didn't drink which is why we drove but Parking was pricey £17 for a few hours (obviously not the venues fault but something to bare in mind if like us your hotel was 40 minutes away) there were other parking places but too long of a walk from the venue.
Only faults we had were the people sitting closest to the projector/ DJ booth (Projector wasn't giving the best quality picture which didn't help because that group sitting by the DJ Booth, they were constantly getting up and walking across the projector and other screens throughout the game it was really annoying as one by one someone from that group took it turns to get up and go somewhere, fair enough they were running but didn't help, when a goals almost went in a few of them would run up the screen blocking the view for everyone else, only issues we had.
Apart from that, Highly recommendable place, lovely staff, nice atmosphere, might attend next year if we're lucky enough to get to the final again def worth it for the weekend.

Review of NYE Carnival - El Año Nuevo
On the advertisement there was samba dancers and saxophones advertised this is mainly why we booked this event, so was a little disappointed there was only one person who had a trumpet not a saxaphones

I was @ Revolution de Cuba for a charity event
Being a local and having been to the main areas before I know the location is special
However the staff Both at the bare and security at this private event were really friendly helpful and efficient it made the event even more special - Well dome all !

Review of NYE 2019
We have been going to rev de Cuba on NYE for the last few years and have to say 2019 was the worst. Usually have loads of dancers, shot games and live entertainment going around. This year, two dancers, no shot games and a trumpet player that may as well have not been there. I am just glad that our entry fee included 3 drinks as I would have felt completely ripped off. Just felt like there was very little effort put in this year.
