I tried to get refund on my tickets as I couldnâ??t make it when I paid for refund protection and it would not let me submit my application so I have missed out on money for 2 tickets, required a refund for a valid reason. Feel very betrayed and let down by this company. If I could sort out a refund of even half of the price I payed I would appreciate this
