Really disappointed. Turned up with tickets booked just before England game and they said it was fully booked. They changed it to first come first serve without messaging ticket holders and there was a large group of people in the same position turned away and stuck in the middle of nowhere unable to get in anywhere to watch the game. Bouncer said the owner had turned up unexpectedly and taken a huge amount of seats. Next time email so people can make other plans. Poor

Absolutely AWFUL organisation. The event was supposed to be ticketed which meant nothing! Took the ticket to get in and they said they were full because the owner had come and taken several tables for themselves. What a waste of time paying to travel to the event to then have to pay to travel home again as we couldn’t get in. There was no mention of the tickets being first come first served and I am disappointed and angry that this happened. Many groups of people were turned away in the same circumstances and it is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to the venue again and would encourage others to do the same.

It took over an hour and a half to get a drink and when I enquired about this a member of the bar staff said â??well some people have been waiting for two hoursâ?? I asked for some money to be knocked off the price and the staff said only a manager could do that be refused to get a manager for me.

Worst match day experience of my life. Staff were rude and obnoxious when politely questioned about where our drinks were. After almost two hours of waiting and being fobbed off we decided to leave. The bouncers were the only decent and approachable staff in the venue. In addition, the place looks nothing like the pictures and the screen was pants. Won’t be wasting our time here again.

Really enjoyed watching the game at box yard, drinks at average price, great atmosphere for the game and staff were very nice from bouncers to waiters. Only area to improve could be waiting times for drinks however staff were very busy. Thank you, hope to be back for another game soon

Very very very poor drinks service. Staff were very nice but waited an hour and a half for drinks and everyone seemed to have the same issue. If it wasn’t for a very nice bouncer helping out with service I don’t think we would of been served a drink for THE WHOLE GAME, despite ordering 15mins prior to KO
People were leaving after ordering due to ridiculous waiting times.
Poorly managed
Screen was TINY!!!!!! And not as shown on the pictures.
Very disappointing as it started great despite the tiny screen. But the atmosphere really changed when people were becoming angry of not being served drinks for almost the whole game.

DONT GO THERE. We ordered just a couple of pints an hour before kick off and after almost two hours of politely chasing them up, still didn’t receive anything. The staff were massively rude and unhelpful when approached and it was clear that the organizers had tried to cram in as many people as possible on a first come first served basis after the tickets had all been claimed. Really regret wasting the occasion of the England v Scotland game here

Venue is new with a great feel however the bar and staff were not prepared for the number of tables they had, up to 40 minute wait for drinks (most of which were cans), warms drinks, slushes like syrup.

Will be a great venue once they get into it hopefully.
