I found it expensive for very little. Food was okay but rushed and not worth £16 per adult. Seats weren't appropriate for a movie, we left early as was too uncomfortable. Other than that there wasn't anything else apart from wand decorating at an extra cost which we paid for but the paint didn't stick to the wand. Such a shame as we were looking forward to it and was disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant! Food alone was worth the money. Everything else was just a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed myself (kids even more so). Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

A good evening, good event, and well themed. Felt sometimes disorganised and the DJ afterwards and music didn’t really happen and tailed off towards the end. But J enjoyed it!

Overall we enjoyed the event however it was rather uncomfortable sitting on the hard benches for 4.5 hours. Also it was not clear that the wand making and other activities were not included in the entrance fee.

we should have had more free activities. the music was too loud before the film started so we couldn't talk. the food wasn't varied enough. more harry potter themed things could have been done. the film was too long.

overpriced for what it was, we bearly got any food the butter beer was discusting and then when my daughter wanted to join in the crafts it was all extra charges after paying near £50!! I expected more

Slightly disappointed overall with how empty the venue was and level of drinks in the ‘open bar’ whilst charging £44 for a ticket.

Gin ‘c**ktail’ seemed to basically be Gin with Robinson’s summer fruits cordial- with the glass randomly dipped in a load of sugar...
Also realising not much gin at all, opting to spend our own money on additional drinks and shots.

Food was good and plenty of it.

Night has potential and venue was sufficient, but was just far too empty to create any kind of real party atmosphere.
At the strike of twelve we headed off straight away in search of a dance floor...

We paid £44 per person to only be served one drink at a time. As a couple one of us has to go to get served, wait 10 minutes for the staff to serve and then come back to the table just for the other person to then go up and get their drink and wait 10 minutes to be served. We spent more time apart then we did together.

The barmaid with dark curly hair looked miserable throughout the night and only filled the prosecco glasses half way. So I paid £44 for half glasses.

Me and my partner took are bands off and bought both of them up to the bar to show the staff that we had paid for two tickets so hoped that they would serve us two drinks but still would only give me half a glass of prosecco. Waste of money and waste of time.

Definitely not worth the money,the bar was dead come midnight and we werent allowed to go into proper bierkeller, the staff where miserable, nowhere to dance and definitely not bottomless canapés, a couple of trays came around every now and then and it depended what bits they had left on it, plus it stopped before midnight and so did the drinks.

Canapes were non existent and customer service was poor. disappointing night. will not be returning next year.
