It was so hectic and badly run. No accurate signage or queuing systems in place and you would easily be in a que for half an hour at a time. You couldn’t hear any music during the fireworks - just the odd tune when the fireworks died down. Disney theme wasn’t really in place either. Fireworks weren’t great. No funfair or bouncy castle as advertised. Really, really disappointing.

6:30pm show lasted all of 5 minutes, leaving my 2 young children very disappointed and desperate for more. Unfortunately, they were too young to stay around for the 7:30pm show. Not much else there to keep them entertained.
The music was far to quiet and could hardly be heard. I’m not even sure if the PA system was even working properly as the fireworks just seemed to begin without any sort of announcement or count down, which was odd.
The event was pitched as being Disney-themed, but the only thing I could see that was Disney-themed was the 2 people in Mickey and Minnie Mouse costumes...

Fantasia themed without the Fantasia music. No bouncy castle. Toilets don’t flush. No water to wash hands. Fireworks not silent as advertised. Tonnes of adults smoking in all areas before the kids fireworks, forcing babies, children and pregnant women like myself to breathe it in. Fireworks over very quickly. Fireworks a few minutes late starting. Fireworks seemed too close to the public. Only Disney element were the people dressed in creepy Mickey and Minnie costumes on the way in.
I’d like a refund. Never returning.

i am very disappointed with the event there was no parking available and due to this we could not make this event. My friend however who came with me relayed to me that there was no childrens activities that were advertised on the website and the queue for food was ridiculous and so she left after 20 minutes. I would like to request a full refund please i paid a family ticket costing £11.25.

I was very disappointed with this event. It was meant to be Disney themed and was only greeted by two Disney characters at the entrance. There was also meant to be a funfair which wasn’t there. There were no sparklers available and was told they had run out and my children were disappointed and upset. If I had known this I would of spent my money on a ticket elsewhere. The flyer looked good and was made to sound good but it was a shambles. Not happy at all, it was a waste of my time and money.

We purchased tickets to see fireworks and for the kids to enjoy the funfair that was described on your website only to find out once we had arrived that there was no funfair and no refund would be give. If you would have put a message on your fb page before the opening time we could have made alternative arrangements but this was not the case so whole family very disappointed.

Not enough food outlets. Silent fireworks not silent. None of the the attractions advertised where there so left very early and unhappy with unhappy hungry children.

We took my 23mth old Grandson to the 6.30 "silent" display which lasted no more than 6 minutes in total, it wasn't silent but you couldn't hear the music either, it was a complete rip-off at £6.00 per ticket.

When we approached someone to complain, they were very rude and obnoxious and told us to just stay for the later display, when we explained we had a toddler with us we were just brushed off.

Families standing near us were also very dissatisfied and we could hear them also saying "was that it".

Total waste of money and I have a good mind to take this further to try and get my money refunded!

whilst I appreciate the weather played a part in the lack of funfair, there was no heads up about it and had to deal with an autistic child as well. Having 2 people dressed as mick and Mini with a fee Disney songs does not make it a disney theme. looked like only one hot food stall where the food was being cremated and you had to queue 30 lions for something to eat. Absolutely disgusted.

Falsely advertised. Silent fireworks were not silent. There was one hot food stall which couldn’t cater for all. It was such a let down, there was an hour between Fireworks with nothing to do on site.

Fireworks were really good and grandchildren loved it. Down points were none of the toilets worked and the queue to get kids something to eat or drink was unbelievable. On saying that though we all had a good time

Waited an hour in the queue for food and then there was another wait when we ordered as they had run out. No activities for the kids. Shortage as suitable seating as there was nothing to do. Ok for adults but not appropriate for families. Incredibly hard to park also. They tried their best but i wouldn't recommend anyone attends it.. Unless they are a couple with no children just wanting to have a drink and watch fireworks
