We saw Santa as a group. Plenty of time for photographs and all children were included. Lovely seeing inside the castle too. It was a relaxed, well planned hour and the children loved it!

Beautiful venue, decorated lovely. The elves were amazing and so funny, the children had so much fun and the spark of magic was well and truly burning! Highly recommend to everyone far and wide

We had a lovely time at the Santas castle. Buddy the elf, the grinch, Santa and all the other elves were wonderful, definitely recommend

It's their first year doing it so a few teething issues but the concept is good and very cute.
We went on the first tour.
Santas grotto is excellent and lots of amazing photo opportunities with buddy the elf, the grinch and Santa himself.
After Santa you get a chance to write ur letter to the North Pole and this gets posted by the elf's however on our tour this we missed off but all in all it was good and has potential to be amazing.

My mum and dad took my two children to this and felt completely ripped off, they spent nearly £50 for entrance excpecting a lovely winter wonderland experience and were shocked to find a measly decorated couple of rooms, a couple of elves and a Santa who barely spoke to the children, and then were taken to a room to get a book (not even wrapped) everyone was packed into tiny rooms and it was an absolutely waste of money. We will not be going again.
