Great night, thank you Jo ,you were great
The venue was a bad choice for you first year of the Chester festival
The Macdonald new Blossoms hotel room had no air conditioning and no fans were supplied to move air round. Yes we are in a heat wave , but a hotel of this standard could have helped.
Also the cost of drinks was appalling. 1 pink wine and an ordinary gin and tonic£14.90, wouldnt pay that in a London Comedy club.
Suggest chester get a better venue next time.
But Jo was excellent especially in the heat and under lights Well done you
