Great music and routine, just the venue being a sports hall made the music echo and it was hard to hear the instructions from the trainer at times.

1st session smashed never done a keep fit workout in my life an me legs were talking to me all night 🤣 defo can't wait for the next one 👌💪tunes were boss actually stopped the exercise to have a little rave at one point 🤣

I didn’t go I booked for my mrs an her sister. I seen the videos and it looked bouncing Not to keen on Lee butler getting down an having a rave off with me mrs. Now I know why he does this 😂😂👍. Brilliant.
