Review of Cambridge Thai Festival
Great location lots to see & do at the event. Would have be good to have seen a few cooking demonstrations. There is nearby parking , however very expensive. I will be going again next year & use the park & ride.

it wasnt what i thought it would be. No organization into where you had to line up to get in when you already had tickets. Food waiting in line for half an hour couldn't try or taste different food without paying for it. Really squashed in should of made i bigger i had a buggy with me and had to fight my way through. Only stayed for 1.5 hours then left.

+ Really enjoyable day, lovely friendly atmosphere and an interesting insight to Thai culture. The ladyboy show especially amusing.
- Although we were lucky with the weather, there was a lack of shade available and long queues for all food stalls, unavoidable due to the venue reaching capacity.

We bought the advanced queue jump tickets, but were made to queue with everyone else. The queues for beer and food were 20 minutes long, They ran out of ice to keep the beer cool by mid afternoon. A lot of people in a small space. Underestimated how many people would show up.

Had a fab day at this event. They needed more than 1 beer tent and the queues for food were not good. Could have done with more floor space for this event as absolutely packed out.

Most of the food was the same old crap which you can get from a local Thai or Chinese take-away. The stage entertainment was a bit dull as was the Mui Thai boxing demonstration. We would rather see some proper sparring/fights. Also, why was there no discount for booking ahead of time online? It was in fact MORE EXPENSIVE because of the 50p booking fee!

Shame only one alcholic drinks vendor and for them then to announce that (1500hrs) the could no longer suppy cold drinks, bottled beer being served from ice bins some cold some not, my party left with friends met at venue shortly after, lovely day, lovely food, entertainment shame about the drink vending provision provided.

Great idea and good experience. A number of improvements required.
Better access for ticket holders
More food and drink vendors
More seating/shade etc - do you need to encourage people to bring own gazebo and seats?
Make it a proper festival, more space etc

Review of Cambridge Thai Festival
Had a great day arrived early as it was advertised as an all day event. No problems with queues. Could done with extra seating areas and more people emptying the bins as they had started to overflow by midday. Loved the music and entertainment. Food was great and a good selection. No sticky rice and mango but maybe next year. Will definitely go again 👍🏻

Review of Cambridge Thai Festival
Was a good event by even better by the lovely weather. Unfortunately as like all of these kinds of events you get long queues, but to only have one tent selling beer I felt was very poor as you had to queue for a long time there should have been at least another tent
Review of Cambridge Thai Festival
Firstly we had to queue for ages to get in. People without tickets were getting in quicker than people with tickets and we paid more for the privilege!! Once inside there was a lovely atmosphere but we were unable to get a beer because the queue was so long and we had already queued for ages three times to get food. Bought a dish which was supposed to have an egg on it and after going away, waiting for more to be cooked, coming back and queuing again, i asked where the egg was, to be told 'Oh there isn't any'. Bit cheeky really. I enjoyed the boxing and the ladyboys especially 'beyonce'. In future I think it should be better organised and you should expect large numbers. You need more than one beer tent. At least 3 more and more hay bales would be nice.
