Review of Cambridge Thai Festival
Mssively disappointing. The food we had was disgusting. We suspect that as we went on Sunday, the food had been prepared since Friday. It was vile and something any self-respecting Thai would be ashamed of. Mostly tacky stalls and weird entertainment. Only highlight was that I was able to buy some Thai ingredients. With food and entrance fee, that was close on £30 for the privilege.

I enjoyed last years venue, and was not about to miss this years.. I am glad I prepurchased a ticket for Sunday. I love the Thai culture having served a year as an Army engineer building an airfield in N,E Thailand ( 1965/66 ) As part of my duty I visited may night clubs and saw Thai Clasiocal dancing., and enjoyed local food, as I did on Sunday, taking many photo and video shots. I hope you return next year, you certainly drew the crowds. Thanks you

Great atmosphere,music,food and entertainment
Shame the weather cut short our day
My wife was very happy to get Durian and Thai ingredients
Car park just across the road was reasonable
Will go next year but will wait to see what the weather will be like before buying ticket online

Beautiful location although we were slightly agreeived by how shockingly expensive everything inside was, £5 per child to go on a bouncy castle for 15 minutes, was a good example. We couldn't really see what our entry fee had brought us apart from access to buying the stalls and the traditional dancing (which was lovely btw) . My Thai sister-in-law was very disappointed by the lack of variety on the food stalls, she commented it was more Thai food adapted for the English audience rather than authentic Thai dishes.

We had a lovely day. Everything there was a delight to us as a family. We haven't been to Thailand so it were fascinated. Everyone was very friendly and the food choices were awesome . More seating would have been appreciated but we know next time to take our own. Well done to all concerned.

Would have liked to see a bit more arts and crafts such as carved candles and yak wool shawls which were there last year. Very good variety of food stalls. Unfortunately the day was spoiled by the great British weather. Will definitely go again next year and hope the weather is kinder.
