Review of The Urban Voodoo Machine
Seen these guys before and they were great but they didn’t pull it off at the Conclub. Sound was off with a faulty speaker and it felt as if they just didn’t want to be there! £17:25 for a ticket is strong money for this venue

Review of The Urban Voodoo Machine
Big band; big characters and a 12 year old keyboard player called Django - what's not to like! The first time I have heard them and will most definitely be looking out for them again!

Review of The Urban Voodoo Machine
Like the band and expected great things but they were not playing their best... and they quickly lost their audience. .. and told audience off for talking which helped them to loose more audience!! No excuses for loss of control., if they played well and kept continuity, the audience would have been with them all the way (without talking!) as most were there specifically to see this band. Ticket price very high for what they provided. Support act interesting. Venue always good for a small space. Tell voodoo folks to get their s**t together... please!

Review of John Fairhurst
Top quality bloke who had time for a chat before and after gig. Local support act we’re good- lots of gob iron riffs. John put on a kicking show with a really tight backing bass and drum. Club was friendly as ever with good beer at decent prices.
