Review of The Arch NYE with Josh Baker, Burnski/Instinct & Laidlaw
Had a great night and would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for the absolute morons running the cloakroom, despite their only job being to take £3, hang your jacket on a hanger, tear off half the numbered ticket and hand it to the customer, which for some reason proved extremely difficult and given that there only being 10 people in front of me this took them an hour which could be forgiven however the utter morons lost my £280 coat, or probably gave it away. I genuinely can't believe these people are allowed out let alone given jobs. The club itself was run perfectly and professionally however they've chosen an absolute bunch of morons to look after people's coats. I'm disgusted that this could happen and is completely unprofessional. Especially as it was only 3° outside when we left. I mean how hard is it to hang a coat up and pass the corresponding number to someone then match that number to the correct hanger upon collection ? My 13 year old could do a better job.

Review of The Arch NYE with Josh Baker, Burnski/Instinct & Laidlaw
Whole atmosphere seemed more generic clubbing focused than interest in the music. 2nd room sound system very underpowered. Adverts suggested event went until 7 but were actively shutting down and moving people out a hair after 5. It wasn't terrible but not what I expected and underwhelming for the price.
