Went a few years ago and absolutely loved the whole experience. Paid to take 3 friends this year that had never been before and the experience was totally different long queues. Groups was was bigger going f through the mazes. Mazes was a lot shorter the 1st one was Terrible. Massively overpriced for what it is £120 for 4 people to be queuing for 90 minutes and about 15 minutes to do all of the mazes together. Extremely disappointed! Can no longer recommend this experience

I went to scarecity last week and had the best experience so wanted to try this .Most of the time you are just queuing up if you take away that time then the whole act is only 20 mins long.At one point we queued up for 30 mins!I was very disappointed as someone who was visiting after few years it was soo good back then but this time more effort was put into the scenery then the actual actors..They just looked bored and tired, they don’t really jump out or chase you maybe because we went to last show of the day! The overall experience was just rubbish and it was a complete rip off this was not worth £27 .

Would like more actors around just for the queues if I’m honest to make it a more immersive atmosphere 👍🏻 and photo at the end would sell a lot more if they reduced the price 😊 but a good experience overall just some minor things that I believe would help a lot.

Sent in, in large groups sadly, only the person at the front got to be scared, should be sent in as the amount thats actually in your party instead of being forced to join other parties… also once getting through the mazes and finally hungry all the food places where closed

The experience was worth it but for deaf people? Some are not suitable, doesn't really understood what the actors was saying as it was too dark to lipread but for Engima experience, there was one staff who can sign and she helped us a lot! It was hilarious and so much fun! Just need to improve the accessibility for deaf people but will go back again!
