Review of Post Malone Bottomless Ball Pit Brunch Comes to Birmingham!
We booked a Post Malone bottomless brunch at your venue Ball Park Birmingham on the 29th of July at 18:00, upon arrival we found the venue to be closed and shut down. We spoke to a gentleman over the road who claimed the building had been shut down for 4 weeks due to a water leak, and we were not the first people to arrive unknowingly of the occurrence. I am very disappointed with no notification of the brunch not taking place as we had traveled 50 minutes from our local area. The inconvenience and disappointment ruined our evening.

Review of Ball Park Birmingham
We booked in for Sunday the 16th July as a birthday suprise, cost £140 all together as it was £35 each for 4 of us. 2 days before we got an email saying a pipe had burst, so it was cancelled. We have then rang and rang them for our refund they don’t answer the phones, we leave voicemails and no one rings back, the WhatsApp number they give is also a fake? And from their Facebook page apparently many people have said it has been closed down for WEEKS! absolute joke now

Review of Chris Brown Bottomless Ball Pit Brunch Comes to Birmingham!
Very unorganised event, had to wait 20 minutes before being seated and then had to ask for a drinks order, it was quicker to go to the bar to be served than wait for someone to come to the table.
Food choices were limited to 3 things!! and tiny portions were cold
Overpriced for what it was

Review of Beyonce Bottomless Ball Pit Brunch Comes to Birmingham!
Definitely not worth the money. Nearly £40 and we got got 3 drinks each. Kept getting told they were too busy but we're prioritising people who were standing at the bar buying drinks not those who had booked the bottomless brunch. The food included in the BB was also not great. Some chips with jerk chicken. Wouldn't go back.

Review of Beyonce Bottomless Ball Pit Brunch Comes to Birmingham!
Rubbish! Few Beyoncé songs were played and the service was shocking. It was a bottomless brunch and we only received 1 drink the whole night. Spoke to the manager and we was advised they were understaffed but we paid £35 pp so they should have taken less booking maybe? just wasn’t worth it. Waste of time. We didn’t receive the service that we should have.

Review of Beyonce Bottomless Ball Pit Brunch Comes to Birmingham!
Do not waste your time and money in this event. The venue itself is small and poorly organised. We had prepaid for a brunch only to have our reserved table taken by others and the manager did not want to know, instead wanting to move us. He had no customer service skills whatsoever. You hardly get any drinks during your allocated time because the bar is so busy. Food was just chicken and chips. Extremely disappointed by the whole set up and would not recommend to anybody. We requested a refund and wanted to leave but was told we could not get one and instead got given a bottle of prosecco. Avoid!!!

Review of Ball Park Birmingham
We had a bottomless brunch here for a hen party. No one explained anything and the waiter only took our drinks order 3 times. so as a group of 14 we only had 3 drinks each in 90 minutes at a bottomless brunch (if some got more I didn't know about it, my table personally only got 3 c**ktails). Our group were having to buy drinks in between. The food was shocking, just chips and dry nachos with no cheese. I sliced my hand in the ball pit too.
The manager was good and gave us credit for the bar for people who didnt turn up but in reality a bottomless brunch with only 3 drinks each is shocking. ive never had so few drinks. The music outside was good but inside it was awful. I would go for the ball pit again but wouldnt recommend the bottomless brunch at all.

Review of 00s VS 90s RnB Hip Hop Bottomless Ball Pit Brunch
The venue has a lot of potential, amazing graffiti on the walls. Bathrooms are clean, and the staff were absolutely lovely! The alcohol served wasn’t watered down, and the food from the vendors in the garden area was lovely as well. The biggest issue for me was that while the music clearly playing from a Spotify playlist was fit with the advert, there was no atmosphere created. Too many tables crammed together, with no space to dance or socialize. The ballpit was cute, but the outpouring balls from there as people came and went were an actual hazard, I saw a lot of people nearly fall. I spoke to staff members and asked them to let management know of my feedback, because this place is a really cool spot, but a brunch that cost £30 would have had me expecting better. I would be happy to go back and dance the night away to my favorite era, but I’m not a fan of sour face sitting around like the crowd was until the tables were removed.
