Don’t waste your money. £35 for 3 drinks and a jug of juice and for them to repeat the playlist twice. No one explained anything, food menu was very limited. The worst bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to, the whole experience lacked organisation. You’d think after so many bad reviews they would try and improve but I think they just like taking your money and not giving you a lot in return.

we arrived on time for our brunch, we were awkwardly squished with three other people who were luckily lovely! However we did not expect this as we booked together, we were there for 40 minutes and no one had taken our drink order. We kept complaining about the waiting time as we paid a lot of money for a “bottomless brunch”, in total we had 3 drinks within the booked time slot. We did ask different staff members we had been waiting for ages for our drinks, we could see this place was very understaffed however when you book a bottomless brunch this is just not expected, if you don’t have the capacity to accommodate unlimited drinks then stop taking people’s money? The food was ok, again we waited an hour to be told what happens and the staff jokingly told us “it’s your lucky day” because she finally gave us tokens after an hour of asking and waiting. The food is outside and was a very basic menu however I did enjoy my meal so I cannot complain about it.

We did voice out complaints to several members of staff and so did the other party on our table however nothing was done, no apology we just sat there awkwardly. The toilets were absolutely disgusting all blocked, no lights or tissue in the toilets. It was an absolute disgrace! AVOID AVOID!!!!
In total we actually had 3 drinks each which is appalling for the price we paid.

The event obviously had sold too many tickets and therefore could not handle the number of people there. The music was too loud to the point I couldn’t hear someone a few inches away from me. At one point a band was tuning their instruments while the music played for a good ten minutes which meant we couldn’t hear the music. The c**ktails took a very long time and one that I ordered didn’t arrive at all despite asking the staff for it three times. Staff at times told me that the prosecco had ran out and then different staff when asked said there was still prosecco. Overall the event felt very disorganised and poorly planned and I would expect some kind of compensation.

A group of 5 of us were booked in for the Taylor Swift bottomless brunch on 18.2.23. we were incredibly disappointed with the whole night and experience.
We arrived approx 30 mins late due to the train being late and traffic getting from the station to the location in Digbeth.

The manager explained that our table had been given away so unfortunately he could only seat us outside. He did state that we could however move back indoors when the Taylor Swift brunch ended and the band began. This was slightly frustrating as we had specifically paid and come for the Taylor Swift brunch. He did however say we could continue with the brunch when Taylor swift ended. We agreed and someone showed us to our table outside.

The table was not ideal as one was too small for 5 and the other was just a long bench with no seats on the other side. We decided to squeeze onto the table for 4.

The drinks included in bottomless brunch were incredibly sugary and tasted like pure syrup. When we got our vegan fries with jackfruit and "nachos" we were extremely disappointed. Our nachos were just plain tortilla chips with absolutely no guacamole, cheese, tomato salsa or anything else other than a sprinkle of paprika.

The night got even worse when they started playing different music over the speakers so we ended up hearing no Taylor swift which we had paid good money for. 7pm came and went and no one showed us to out table inside. We had to prompt the manager again but by this point we were fed up and let down by the whole experience. The only thing we enjoyed was the 5 minutes in the ballpit.

I am really saddened by this whole experience, especially as we travelled from Leamington to do this. I would like to request a refund for my party as you can see the whole thing from start to finish was a bit of a farce.

It was slightly disorganised on arrival so we lost about 20mins of our 2 hrs bottomless because of waiting to be seated etc. However the music was great, the drinks were really nice and food was great!

Not worth the money at all! Was told to wait to be seated we waited 15 minutes then told we’d have to sit outside as there was no tables inside, we still had to wait for a table outside so decided to go to the bar to get a drink by this time it was 5:25pm, there was no momma Mia music playing yet it started at 5pm, we didn’t get served till 5:40pm and eventually got our table, there was 4 c**ktails to choose from on the menu and you couldn’t have anything else to drink, the food was also limited to three things on a menu and we had a waiting time of 20 minutes which turned into 50 minutes. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

We arrived at 4:45 as the event started at 5. Got asked to come back in 10mins. We arrived back and got showed to our table. We got told it was table service for the drinks. Then staff came over 10mins after we sat down and asked us to move and I said we was given this table for the mama mia event. Then they wanted us to share the table with another group. Still never asked us for a drink. We got asked at 5:15 for our drink order. Very limited drinks to offer. Never got our first drink until 5:30. The mama mia songs never started until 5:30 and people who didn’t book for the event wasn’t asked to leave until 5:45, so it was very crowded. Had to wait 25mins for the food even tho it was street food. Very slow service only had 4 c**ktails each even tho we paid for unlimited brunch. Tried to order drinks at 6:50 and they said the event was finished. I said the event open until 7 and we never had our first drink until half hour in. Then they ran out of orange juice and replaced with pineapple even tho we didn’t like it. Kept giving us the wrong drinks!!!! Waste of money

I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided at this so called ‘Mama Mia bottomless brunch’. We booked this bottomless brunch for my sisters birthday which was ruined due to the awful service, when our booking totalled to over £200 you’d expect at least decent service. Upon arrival we were seated on a bench in the corner, we were given the wrong menus and then had to wait a further 10 minutes for the correct ones meaning we didn’t get our first drink until 30 minutes in. The drinks were decent however the unorganisation meant that we were waiting around 25 minutes each time for a new order. We were then told we could have free shots due to the awful service but a cheap sours shot doesn’t really make up for the fact we paid over £200 for awful service, the management was also unhelpful. Please do not waste your money going here.

I booked these tickets for my daughters birthday as she is a devoted Harry Styles fan.
We were told we would be given a table and they would provide table service as much as possible. We didn’t get given a table and when we found one there was no table service.
When I have been to themed events before at different venues, the music playing has been just that artist - it was Harry Styles plus others. There was 1 cardboard cutout of Harry Styles, the bar staff different know about the themed c**ktails and if I hadn’t have been looking and paying attention they would have charged us for them.
I paid nearly £80 for 2 tickets which stated “bottomless booze and food.” The food consisted of a child size portion of skin on fries and 3 strips of chicken (I do this as a quick lunch at home!) when I went back for more, as we were starving after our child size portion and after all it had stated bottomless food, I was told I would have to pay extra.
Very very disappointing. I will not be returning. I would like a refund for both these tickets.

A joke to call this a brunch and charge people £38 for it. The bottomless aspect was only for drinks. There weren’t any tables for anyone and the bottomless food consisted of a small tray of chips and 3 pieces of s**t chicken. If you wanted anything else you had to pay extra. There was no table service so you had to queue for 20 mins everytime you wanted a drink. You should refund everyone who came because it was terrible.
