Building on their opening night's success, Subjam return for a summer special on Friday 18th July with a fine fusion of dub, reggae and roots at Brixton's PLAN B.

Spearheading the night are true pioneers of their genre who've been stringing together sun drenched lightning riddims since the nineties. Zion Train masterminded the blend between dub and acid house which influenced tracks like 'Follow like Wolves', listen below, confirming their presence as underground innovators. 

They arrive fully fledged with their celebrated band, one of the most prominent live on stage dub acts combining dynamic dub mixing, accompanying vocalists and acoustic that together carries the ultimate feel good factor.  

Continuing the Jamaican influenced aura is another leading purveyor of reggae and dub music - Mungo's Hi Fi. The Glaswegian based collective's incredible sound has spread to musical Mecca's Glastonbury, Womad and Outlook amongst a tonne of other places.

Roots aficionados will be well acquainted with the distinctive vibes on their lauded Scotch Bonnet label (hear some of that above) which continues to purvey a sound that is both traditional and modern at the same time. Expect an array of cuts from the imprint along with classic roots and dub sounds from the past, present and future, delivered through their enormous, bone-crushing rig. Get your tickets here.
