Since opening back in 2004, Audio has been responsible for transforming the face of Brighton's clubbing scene thanks to their creation of a true clubber's club, designed with genuine music lovers in mind. The refreshingly unpretentious venue has continued to hold that significance in the city's nightlife over the past decade, bringing the finest in house and techno to the south coast. We look at its Februry line up.
The month gets underway on February 6th with an appearance from Food Music mainstay Friend Within, whose classic house meets ghetto bass regularly delights ravers seeking a raw edge to their dance music. DJ extraordinaire Oneman jumps on the decks for Warehouse the following night, with his fierce, eclectic sets amongst the finest examples of what is possible behind a set of 1210s. Get a whiff of that in his set below.
Duo of the moment, Waze & Odyssey take the helm for Warehouse on Februay 14th. Renowned for their slinky deep house cuts packed with irresistible grooves (relive their R Kelly edit below), the duo enjoyed a stellar year last year, rising through the ranks of the underground for their ability to stitch classic rave, modern deep house and techno into their ferocious DJ sets.
Geordie deep and tech house impresario Patrick Topping leads the charge on February 21st, with Naked naked boss Breach making his triumphant return to the club on the 27th.
