Sadly having arrived at 20.50pm for the event and was nobody there, nobody turned up

The security and staff at the venue were very nasty and unhelpful and made myself and autistic nephew very uncomfortable, not polite and very abrupt, laughed at us for arriving early when it states on the website and ticket 9pm till 3am, I did this event back in MILTON KEYNES IN 2021, an amazing night, but sadly Sunday was awful.

Not only do I want my money back, but I want to report the abuse that was given to us both on the night and how we both felt
