What a great night! Just a shame the venue let themselves Down! They simply couldn’t handle the amount of people wanting to grab a drink! Forcing everyone to drink out of plastic cups! Just added to the chaos. Then throw in the state of the men’s toilets and you really know you have problems! A shame really because it took the shine off what could of been a great night :) lets hope some lessons get learnt for the next event :)

The venue was too big and it felt empty.

There was nowhere near enough bars / staff - we had to queue for 40 minutes for a drink which came in a really small plastic cup, double shot and mixer tasted pure of the alcohol.

Wasn’t a great night at all :(

The atmosphere wasn’t like a club etc more like a banqueting hall so seemed like somewhere a family party would be held rather than an event like this. The queues for drinks were ridiculous and then at one point the card machine broke so no one could get served after all that queuing!

Excellent evening, great atmosphere and stunning venue. Only issue was more bar staff needed; waited an hour to get served.

Again WOM have gone large..big venue
Main gripe was the bar..for the majority of the night you were 10 people deep ..25mins plus waiting to be served...the bar staff were totally overwhelmed ...
