Review of London Astrobeat Orchestra present 50 years of Abbey Road

I enjoy experimentation but this was probably a step too far. Only a couple of songs worked such as 'Come Together', others like 'Something' were awful. It did not do justice o the classic album which in itself was experimental. The audience seemed to be split. The younger members danced along but the more mature members seemed bemused. The venue was fine and the price of the concert was alright given the high musicianship of the band but the attempt to 'beat-up' the album failed in my opinion.
