Review of Halloween Spooktacular SOLD OUT No tickets available on the day
The Halloween event was fantastic. The entertainment was excellent, there was so much to do for the children and fun for adults too. Great fun at a very reasonable price.

Review of Beer and Bangers Comedy Night: Saturday 1st October
Sound system was in adequate for the venue - if you were sat to the side of the stage you couldn't tell what the comedians were saying- venue freezing!!! ( appreciate this was in a barn but patio heaters!!!! If not in the barn then outside!!!) Comedians less than average - relying on toilet humour for a middle aged crowd - left after two of the three acts. Not enough seating and no atmosphere at all - maybe a bit of background music between acts- or better still one less comedian and a live band instead of the third ! I feel overpriced.
Review of Beer and Bangers Comedy Night: Saturday 1st October
The compare was very good as was the first comedian. The second comedian was not particularly funny and the last comedian didn't really connect with the audience. Most of his set contained banter with a small number of the audience and excluded the rest as his jokes were not that relevant. The location was great although it got very cold. It would have been nice to have heaters within the barn. The staff were friendly and helpful but the size of the sausages were small and most of the hotdog consisted of bread which led to many negative comments.

Review of Beer and Bangers Comedy Night: Saturday 1st October
It was a good night and our group of ten enjoyed it, the ticket was good value for money, would have preferred a hot dog or burger option. The comedians were mixed, but with such a varied crowd, probably very hard to gauge good content! Would have been good to see some female comedians. Also, investing in some patio heaters would be appreciated!

Review of Rock the Barn sponsored by GRI Group
A fantastic evening of live music with Sheffield's legendary band Boy on a Dolphin. Their music is so uplifting, I love John Reilly's lyrics and his amazing voice, it fits so well with Pete Hiley's spine-tingling Spanish guitar. My favourite intro is Andy Needham's bass on 'Words Inside' and Darren Ford is one of the best drummers I have seen. This time we had the added delights of Lewis Nitikman on piano and the wonderful Mr Steve Beighton on saxophone. The only trouble I have is sitting down, this amazing music just makes me want to dance dance dance !!

Review of Rock the Barn sponsored by GRI Group
Fantastic Group, fabulous singer (John Riley) Brilliant venue (I'm glad it was a warm night though) It was a fantastic night for everyone and such a great turn out. It's obviously great to see so many people show their support to such a talented group.
We will follow them!
