I would suggest in your email before the show that you recommend arriving early as we arrived on time but all the ground floor seats were taken and so had no baby Dinosaurs passed round and most of the volunteers were chosen from the front. on the ground floor.

Fantastic!!
I booked the tickets as my youngest son has taken a great interest in dinosaurs recently. My eldest (10 going on 18) came along just for his brother but walked away having enjoyed it just as much.
My youngest was struggling with all the noises which the staff picked up on and asked if we wanted ear defenders which was really helpful and considerate.
Great show, funny, informative and a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing show, my little boy loved it! Made really fun, so not scary at all. Very accommodating for children with special needs. Would definitely recommend and book again.

this was a really fun, interactive show. if you're not a fan of getting dragged to the stage to participate, sit in the middle somewhere! the kids had a great time interacting with the cast. my 6 year old was a little weary of the dinosaurs when they came close, but he was the exception... most of the kids there loved the interaction and getting involved!
