It was hard to make everyone happy as the country genre is so widespread but I feel like the song choices weren't quite right, there should have been more country pop rather than old school country but the demographic was very mixed with a lot of older people, just not quite as it was marketed

Actually really disappointed the information should have specified that it’s a ladies night and we bought tickets for our husbands as well. The men wouldn’t attend because they felt awful not knowing and feeling out of place. The staff were not overly helpful either when I asked about the tickets and what could I do. You couldn’t understand the hostess and it was freezing in the venue and we asked and were told they won’t turn the air con off. Mega disappointed so I just want a refund for 3 people

There needed to be a proper stage area as those of us sat on the side tables couldn’t see anything, we’ve all paid the same price for tickets so bit unfair really. The venue was cold and drinks prices extortionate. Great night out but not to be ripped off with those prices. The noise was shocking so a lot of the bingo calling couldn’t be heard,

Butler in the buff ???? No it was elves that were very selective with who they went upto . I personally wasn't bothered as I was busy on my phone. But when I did watch. The elves went up to the same people . Drinks were great and couldn't fault the venue, but would I go again ???? No sorry

Absolutely loved this event. The host and elves were all fantastic. Atmosphere was buzzing and I don't think there was anyone in the room who didn't enjoy the night
