Review of The Oxted Beer Festival
2nd year of attendance on the Friday only - 1st was because of Los Pacaminos yay! We returned mainly because of Go West who were fantastic thank you! (Please book both again!). Also, lovely location - & friendly organisation etc. Good choice of cider & beer & food.
Ladies loo facilities not up to scratch this year though unfortunately!

Review of The Oxted Beer Festival
I have been going to this event ever since it first started but was very disappointed this year with the Saturday night headlining band. Reef arent really a party music type band, so many people wanted to go and dance but the music was not appropriate. We had trouble getting into the event due to an error with the tickets that resulted in a misunderstanding by the people on the door. We had to wait to enter until 6 p.m. only to find that this was actually incorrect and there was no entry time restriction on our tickets. We should have been allowed to enter at the time we arrived earlier in the afternoon. We witnessed many drunk people on Saturday evening and a horrible situation. I approached three security guards who were busy talking to each other to alert them of the situation. They proceeded to tell me that they would get on the radio and arrange to get it sorted out (although I'm not sure why, being security guards, they couldn't sort it out). We returned half an hour later to find the situation had still not been rectified. I was very disappointed with the so-called security as I do think they were professional at all. The setup of the area was absolutely brilliant but sadly the running and organisation of the event was not great. I volunteered at the event the evening before and again have done this in the past but this year the organisation was very poor and I only really knew what I was doing because I've done it in years gone by. Disappointing from a few different aspects. In future you definitely need a headlining band on a Saturday night that plays good party music for people to actually enjoy and be able to dance to.

Loos broken on the first night - not good! Food choices good but generally overpriced.
Unfortunately large number of inconsiderate people in attendance and not just due to the amount of beer being consumed.

Review of The Oxted Beer Festival
Had a fantastic 3 days at the Oxted beer festival. It was well organised and the everyone was very friendly.
I loved the live bands but I only gave a 4* because I felt it missed a funky type headliner for Fri/Saturday, but that is only my personal preference and I am sure a lot of others will totally disagree with me!

Review of The Oxted Beer Festival
We went as a family and met with friends, kids ranged from age 7 to 12. It was great for the adults, but there wasn't enough to keep the kids entertained, they went out for a play in the park.

No seats available on Saturday afternoon:- all being used. Loud recorded music was being played from one of the stages, which made it impossible to sit outside and listen to live band playing on other stage
