People throwing up in corners, wasn’t as described as in the pictures, not happy I had my perfume taken off me.

Tickets were ridiculously oversold (not just sold by skiddle) so after queuing 2 hours we were told it was 1 in 1 out. We were right at the front so did get in (hundreds of people walked away). Wasn't as much there as advertised. Would have been really good if properly sold and advertised as security etc were really good.

Absolute shame this could have been so much better. Deliberately suggested the pyramids because over the years this was always one of the best places for parties and that standard has massively slipped.

The food wasn’t great plus no cranberry sauce (got shouted at when I asked if there was any), the music was too loud and the band who wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea went on too long so by the time the DJ started most people had left. It just lacked the party atmosphere it should have, before you would have the DJ playing games to boost the atmosphere that didn’t happen.

To top it off and I think this is the part that mostly got my back up was the rudeness of your staff. The security at the beginning of the night were miserable seeing as they were the first port of contact on a Christmas party night they could have been a lot happier but were just off handish and rude. The waiting staff were genuinely getting angry whenever anyone told them they were vegetarian like it was a massive inconvenience to them, the only exception to this was the young girl of around 16 years old who was trying her very best, the rest looked and behaved like a they were trying to audition for the role of the grinch. Won’t be recommending this place again as it really lacked Christmas spirit on a Christmas party night.

Band were fab but far too loud during eating. Had to shout to the person next to me. Should’ve been background music volume.

Service was appalling!! Food was thrown down on table without anyone asking what we had ordered. We had to swap between ourselves & sometimes call the waiters back to change meals. On numerous occasions we had to grab bottles of wine from the waiters who felt the need to clear them away when they were half full.

Definitely will not book this event for my party of 50 next year.
