The show itself was ok but feel let down by skiddle not informing us that the artist had changed to a different tribute artist and i think they should've notified paying customers with the option to cancel their tickets if they so wished as "it wasn't actually what they paid for", an not knowing this until you arrive at the venue is poor customer service skills in my opinion.

Venue was too packed. Too many people in attendance which made it not enjoyable. Adults all stood crowding the dance floor so kids couldn’t dAnce and we couldn’t see our kids properly to
Supervise.
Glass lamp shade which was hanging over the dance floor fell off and smashed all over the dance floor very dangerous especially where the kids were dancing.
Advertised there was going to be face painting and parachute games but non of this happened. False advertisement. Very expensive for what was happening. Adult ticket prices shouldn’t be the same as a child ticket as it’s not really for us it’s for the kids to Enjoy. Overall a shambles and left early

I think this event was overbooked - too many people and very crowded!! Covid was forgotten about!!
I understand that business need to continue and grow but do it safely!!

Absolute disgrace , no seating , no entertainment! Far too many people in a small venue was absolutely shocking and to top it off a large balloon smashed a glass light fitting all over children in the dance floor and they didn’t even clear the space to make it safe!

Very disappointed. Party was poorly organised with very little thought seeming to have been given to the practical logistics on the day. Felt unsafe and unfriendly to small children - my 2 and nearly 4 year old did not enjoy it and we’re scared to go back in the dance floor after the incident with the light. I definitely won’t be attending any similar events in the future. The light smashing above childrens heads and the loud bangs from the balloons popping was like a scene from a horror show. As other reviews have said - nothing organised for the children to do, nowhere to sit and a cash only bar!!!

Far too many people for the venue, do not feel it was as described with just music and no real games. Decorated in Halloween theme but that is really where the fun ended. Lots of children bored and left early

They sold too many tickets to fit into the venue, wasn’t very Covid-19 friendly. Really overwhelming especially for the little ones, really wished they had organised it so there were tables available and somewhere to store bags and coats. Really disappointed that the bar only took cash. We had to leave after half an hour as none of us were enjoying ourselves. Definitely not worth the money that we paid! Completely disappointed considering we were looking forward to it.
