Review of Madame Claude presents - A night at the Railway

Madame Claude have Firmly stamped their sound all over Ska, they had the place rocking. They’re tight AF, it’s clear they’ve worked hard at it and it’s paying off. If you run a festival and you don’t book them, you’re a bloody idiot and when I find you, I’ll give you a ruddy good talking to. Also, they have an in depth knowledge of large flightless birds, which they incorporate into their set. Take it for a walk!

Sugar Crease were equally brilliant, echoes of The Talking Head, The Blockheads, punk, psychedelia, they’ve got the lot. Another set of brilliant musicians who had the place jumping.

There should be more of this type of thing, if you ask me.
