Review of 005 - Kaluki Summer Sound System
wouldn't even give one star, queued for an hour to be refused entry for no reason. staff refused to search us then physically pushed my boyfriend out the railings, we were both completely sober and compliant to the rules, there was absolutely no need to be treated how we were. staff were horrible, so rude and couldn't even give us a reason for them to kick us out, just shrugged and laughed in our faces. the tickets were a birthday present that went to waste and we saw the same thing happen to multiple other people in the queue. after 18 months in lockdown we would never have expected such disgusting behaviour from an industry that is all about people coming together and having a good time to then unfairly discriminate against so many people who were looking forward to a (sold out) event for 6 months - literally the only reason we could think of against us two was that we had a scouse accent. absolutely appauling, we will never buy tickets for another Kaluki event.

literally the only bad thing about the night was my mates wanting to leave early, apart from that, sound system is immaculate, drinks are the same as whp prices, you're sorted for a night out
