absolutely shocking event management. Had VIP tickets but was told had to queue up. Went to hang coat up was told full so had to carry it around all night. No cava for sale in VIP bar only champagne. Was taking 30 minutes to get served. No countdown to new year. A lot of disgruntled people No VIP toilets . At 2.30 staff behind bar holding up signs saying cash only. By the time Laura came on it was only half full..terrible night. Would definitely not recommend and will not return

The advertised act did not come on until 245am by which point most people were annoyed of waiting and had either left or weren’t that interested as they were tired and the music was too loud to enjoy, people would try to talk to you but you couldn’t here them even shouting down each other’s ear inside the venue, when you sat in the foyer on the provided chairs staff told you to leave and get off them. The security were the most arrogant I have ever come across, especially the guy in the red jacket, we asked if there was a table for our bucket with our drink in which we were walking round with and he said it’s not my problem. Later I told him about a girl trying to hit another male and I said did you find her and he said yes very rudely looking away and walked off to stand by a wall, other security have previously said thank you for that. There was no where to sit and glass all over the floor, the drinks were overpriced and people were bashing into each other
