Review of The NQ Grotto
It was fabulous show! Our whole family loved it. The atmosphere and overall set up per box was well thought out. Thank you for running this amazing event in the city centre. Really lift our spirit up when we came out. I am glad we booked for Christmas Eve.

Review of The NQ Grotto
Overpriced, the show could have been better and for that price I expected a gift from Santa. Not to buy a £5 goody bag of stuff I could have bought from a corner shop for £2, none of which was Christmas related. Had I known I wouldn’t have paid half the ticket price for this event.

Review of The NQ Grotto
Way over priced. Like walking into a building site. Walls could of been draped, fairy lights added, much more decoration needed! The fairy was outside beforehand going through covid safety measures so when the music started and she appeared was hardly a surprise. Gift bags for £5 afterwards were a ripoff for what was inside and should of been included in the price. At a grotto you always get given a gift to go home with!! - not this grotto. Not even a bag of sweets. Nothing. All in all I think it was very expensive and disappointing. The acting was good from some actors but Santa wasn’t out for long and the show didn’t even last a full hour, for £85.00 it was simply not good enough. No way near.

Review of The NQ Grotto
Was very disappointed in this event, I was charged 85.00 for 30 minutes of entertainment which was advertised as an hour! Such a waste of money that could’ve gone on something that would’ve lasted longer!

Review of The NQ Grotto
Whilst our granddaughter really enjoyed the performance and the staff were super, I did think the pods could have been a bit better, with maybe a den like roof, with snow on the floor and more authentic lighting. They were a bit basic and spartan. Our pod had an empty fridge in it!
I appreciate that Covid has made matters difficult, but perhaps some bottles of water, mince pies and some sweets in each pod could have been provided. I think £85 was overpriced, given that it was just a 55 minute show. We would probably have paid that for 5 to go to a panto at the theatre.
