went to Viva last night and was belittled by bouncers who believed they had the right to snap my driving licence, because they wrongly assumed it didn’t belong to me. I am disgusted as to the way in which I was treated, made to feel guilty for using my own identification. Following this ,they laughed in my face and teased me ,telling me and my friend to shut up it was incredibly unprofessional and I will for sure never be returning there ,neither will my friends. Didn’t expect this from such a popular venue. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, much better customer service elsewhere. So disappointing.

The bouncers were very rude and confiscated my friends driving licence then threatened to snap and I’m not sure if they did or not but it looked like it, then the bouncers were play fighting and laughing in our faces and it was very unprofessional therefore I higiy recommend you go somewhere else, as you would be treated fairly and have a better time
