I paid for ticket online and because my passport was out off date by year they said they had to refuse me which it should say online we need updated Iâ??d rather than me paying money to not even get in . Iâ??d still shows Iâ??m 18 and that itâ??s me !

The fact that you needed a student ID to enter this event should be very visible and not hidden in the t&c. This information is as important as "18+ only" which was written everywhere.
My whole group had purchased the tickets in advance and were denied the entrance at the door. At this point it feels like a scam to me

The whole layout of the club is a nightmare, they need to rethink where the bar goes at the top of the club
