Review of White Party Summer Brunch 2pm

Service was quick but not the friendliest of staff. No where near enough food for 4 people. We had one tiny plate of meat between 4. It was described as a platter which it certainly wasn't. However the food was nice. The c**ktails were definitely pre mixed, but tasted ok. Considering how much we paid for this I was expecting more.

Although the singer was OK the venue was a shambles, nobody seemed to know what was going on from the food to the drinks, mangers excuse was it his first night, no excuse for the bad service and lack of knowledge from the whole team, organisation and ownership of problems none existent, even when I confronted manager and took him to one side half way through discussion he kept wandering off dealing with other people, felt like he wasn't taking me seriously. So to wrap up will not be going back its a shame they never kept the staff and skills of pizza express who run the venue with a professionalism which will be missed

When we arrived we waited over 20 mins for a c**ktail, We had to keep asking to get our glasses refilled with Prosecco, there was not enough food for all of us, the food was very average in general, the starters were better than the main course, the donor meat was inedible, the DJ was really good and took requests, unfortunately there was not many guests attending the event though so the room was half empty, disappointing all round, confusion in the music we booked garage and house, the event then changed to summer brunch tunes, then we arrived it said sexy r and b! We also feel the booking fee was extortionate.
