Review of Audiowhore NYE
Easily the worst & most regrettable £20 I’ve ever spent in my life. No bag search or ID check & they’re was easily 1000 people here. They wouldn’t take our coats, so we had to walk all the way back home in the pouring rain to put them back as there was no room to move, let alone with a winter coat. We queued for 45 minutes to buy a drink, as soon as we reached the front a large male bartender literally shouted in my face that the bar was closed & we had to go outside, I explained we had queued for 45 minutes & asked if he could at least serve us a drink to take with us but he refused. It was so packed outside we couldn’t physically fit under the marquee let alone get to the bar for a drink, so again we’re out in the pouring rain, lots of young men in tracksuits clearly on something a little stronger than just alcohol, they really should’ve searched bags. Overall it felt really unsafe so we decided to cut our losses & leave. On the way out we decided to ask for a manager, a guy said he will get a manager & disappeared for 15 minutes. Finally a girl approached us & we explained we had been waiting 15 minutes for a manager, she went away and came back with a tall brunette girl who claimed to be a manager. We explained that for £20.25 they couldn’t even take our coats let alone serve us a drink, she was rude & hostile immediately, saying “you chose to come here, you pay £20 to enter the building & you’ve done that” we again went over everything & asked her to be a little more understanding of our situation, she said she would serve us now so we could ‘go away & enjoy our night’ to which we refused, we didn’t want to go back in there, it felt unsafe. So she offered us to leave, we said we wanted resolution & asked if we could at least have our money back, she asked security to come in, as if we were being hostile or threatening but we couldn’t have been more pleasant, it got really nasty from them at that point so we took ourselves elsewhere for the night, they weren’t interested in helping us. I’m glad we left as the club next door was free & the staff were fantastic!

Review of Pure Garage Kent- All Dayer (Heartless Crew, Scott Garcia, DT +)
Was a little disappointed with the venue think your better off outdoors in a field surrounded by food wagens and different tents that what I thought a festival was all about not some club in the back yard but all in all I well enjoyed myself it was Brillant

Review of Pure Garage Kent- All Dayer (Heartless Crew, Scott Garcia, DT +)
I was looking forward to a day/night dancing with friends to our favourite tunes, instead we had 4 hours of repeated songs that were not all garage they didn’t mix well which meant u couldn’t dance from one song to the next. We left early because we couldn’t deal with listening to the same songs over and over. Service at the bar was shocking 20 minutes waiting time and staff that didn’t know where the correct spirits were to make the drinks. The atmosphere was shocking as people drank far too much and were still being served. It was a shame as this was a chargeable event we’re not much thought had gone into it. If you are running an event from 2–10 your sets should not be repeated as some people
Will be there all day, bay staff should be managing the alcohol consumption to safeguard their clients to ensure everyone has a safe but fun day/night. I will stick with uk garage brunch in the future as it’s a more organised event.

Review of Subsonic 30th Birthday Party
A great set of tunes taking us back to our youth. The back of Banks was the perfect venue. Good atmosphere but fairly quiet - probably because loads of people are currently on holiday. Just wish we had more indie nights to go to in Maidstone!
