As a wheelchair user (I called venue before visit) but was not realy shown where a safe place to be as it was a standing event and I did not want to be in the way. Soultasia is a great event and go to it often, first time at this venue. The sound quality from the speakers was bad and too much bass. Artists were struggling to be heard above bass and a lot of people were complaining and left. But amazing artists as always, the venue just needs to sort sound quality. looking forward to Essex event in June.

Good selection of music, nice atmosphere, the sound was a little difficult as the artist couldn't hear themselves properly. The DJ didn't seem to know the playlist for Odyssey. Overall a good night.

it was a great evening and my favourite Luther vandross was amazing by Harry Cambridge.
the only reason I didn't give full marks was because the bass seemed to be too loud and drowned out the singing.
I also have quite sensitive ears so couldn't stay until the very end.

Soultasia as an inside venue was really good and the security on entry was thorough .. the music and the performers made it a great night . Drink prices were a bit high 🎶🎶

First time I have been to Ballin good prices, staff was good and posh Atmosphere.

Sound system wasn't great and so bands didn't sound as good as they should have. Made to leave table and seats as said reserved after we'd been sat there for an hour, no reserved sign on table, our party of 14 people all made to move. If tables are reserved they should have a sign up. Very inconvenient.

Great artists, issues with sound set up which impacted on the quality of the music . Great choice of music from the DJ but quality of mixing was sometimes an issue. Really brilliant atmosphere from the crowd; everyone really friendly.
Not impressed with the venue. Query quality of drinks; one bar there was only one member of bar staff with limited drinks. Ladies toilets had no running water; disgusting and a health hazard.
However it would not put me off going to another Soultasia event; just not at that venue.

The venue would have been good if the sound system was better, the bands looked excellent but we could barely hear what they were singing due to the very heavy and distorted bass. Soultasia is excellent and a good choice of bands, I would like to see them again.
