Was not aloud on the boat due to too many tickets being sold. Extremely poorly organised was left standing on a peir with 60 people at 10pm on NYE. The promoter/organiser fled the scene leaving his team to deal with a huge number of people who was not very happy. Will be requesting a full refund, will not recommend or use again.

Do not book this, it’s either a scam or an absolute joke of organisation. The listing clearly states WESTMINSTER PIER. We got there at 7, an hour early. When we got to the pier there we’re people giving out wristbands but upon checking our tickets it wasn’t this event. We spoke with the staff there and they said there was no other boats docking at this pier that would match this event. Fortunately the owner of the other event had a look for us and noticed “summer of love” email address and said that’s definitely at temple pier - a 20min walk up the river. It was 7.30 so we thought we’d give it a go. Got there and there was a boat but it was completely full and one of the managers there looking super flustered telling people to go to the next pier (crown pier) as there was another boat there but that was another 20min walk. We went and as we got closer we noticed a good 100+ people behind us that had been told to do the same thing. We didn’t even end up getting on the boat. Absolute shambles. The contact number of the listing wasn’t a complete number, they didn’t state the boat name. Simply put DO NOT BOOK if you want to have a good night as this will only stress you out and ruin your night!!! This also isn’t an isolated situation - going through previous events comments the same thing has happened over and over. Skiddle should have this event taken off and blacklisted and I just dare the owner of this event to come up with some rubbish about there being a boat at Westminster pier when there definitely definitely wasn’t!

We ran up and down westminister pier trying to look for this boat party and we couldn’t find it, I asked nearly every boat and I even got there at 7 because I knew we couldn’t be late and we still missed it. Every other boat party said that this was very vague and you didn’t even give us the name of the boat we was going on. Very angry, ruined my best friends 19th birthday

The music on the upper deck was meant to be hip hop, r'n'b and disco classics but more than half of it was techno and the sorts which was meant to be played on the lower deck only. Luckily, the view and the atmosphere made the night real fun although would have been better to dance all night.

I haven’t informed to the place to board. We’ve been waiting for the wrong place for 1hours. The confirmation mail didn’t imply the boat name and wrong contact number given. We cannot ask anyone for help. The boat just never appear in the place where they planned to park. And totally ruined our party. Wondering how to refund as we have no contact !

If you like your events with a couple extra surprises, then this is for you! It was advertised as two decks with different genres of music on each, but we came to realise that the seated area downstairs was just that… seats. If finding out that there was only one DJ wasn’t bad enough, the DJ that was booked played nothing but dance/house for 4 hours, which is okay if you like that sort of thing. But for those of us that didn’t, there was no escape. Was surprised to see the apparent event organiser drunker than most people there, and he seemed to find our and other attendees’ complaints funny, insisting we take our complaints about the music straight to the DJ (we felt sorry for him having to deal with multiple unhappy people because of terrible planning at the hands of the organiser). I won’t even start on the drink prices but hey, that’s London for you. Knowing we had free entry to an afterparty at a ‘commercial’ venue filled us with a bit more hope, just for us to get there and hear that MORE house music was playing. I went hoping to enjoy my 25th birthday but I wasted so much money and left so disappointed, I’m redoing my celebrations elsewhere.
