So sad to post this but waiting for hours to be allowed to enter ??? No one was explaining what is happening?? We just waited and watched time go by freezing - after 3h it wasn’t worth staying as it closes at 5 they say so we paid over £30 per ticket to hear nothing and see nothing - either the venue was overcrowded and they lied to us or the organisers were so bad they over estimated them selves ??? Why were we kept waiting outside ??? Why did it take so long to do anything??? We left with heavy heart and will probably not return to this venue ever if it is managed so brutally !!!! How disappointing I am still not over it and money lost yet again - please do not do this to us we waited months for this and didn’t even get to see a beautiful Dj we all love broken heart 💔

The venue was not the place for a new year’s party and they could’ve done better with the decor, the theatre was not really transformed. This was my last option as everything was sold out, I would not recommend.
