Bar staff really poor downstairs - rude in fact - upstairs was cool - door staff were a bit arrogant - its pouring with rain and we have zero cover and they kept us waiting outside despite having already purchased tickets some time ago. The event itself was great and the crowd was mature and very friendly.

The most astonishingly rude door staff and bouncers. They were unnecessarily incredibly rude and aggressive. This was very intimidating and unpleasant. Our group weren’t drunk and were not doing anything wrong. We will not be visiting here again on principle because of this experience.
