The thing that's not ok is the service that SKIDDLE offers both to promoters and customers. I paid for flexible tickets (£1.65 extra) and I couldn't attend because the NHS app send to my partner a notification to self isolate a few hours before. I tried to get the refund but it was impossible to do it. That is basically you're cheating customers.
