Daughter really enjoyed the gig but the organisation was poor
Ticket said 4 pm but didn’t open the door till 6pm keeping everyone waiting out side in the cold

Whereas for the, primarily, teenage girls attending, the music and the bamd were great, as a parent, keeping them waiting around two hours beyond the advertised start time of the VIP meet and greet, out in the cold, is appalling, regardless of whether the venue or band management is concerned.
Too often are these enthusiastic fans taken for granted and the delay in the start time shows utter disrespect for fans who paid good money, travelled long distances, and were not even given an explanation for this tawdry behaviour.

Great venue, not too big or small. Great music and vibes flowing. Friendly and helpful staff.
Drinks are good, but rather pricey for the one. if they had offers that would be much better because I feel paying for tickets to get in plus drinks can all add up. Offers would be much more helpful for the common uni/college student with a small income who wants to have a good time on a budget.
As this was a linkin park event it would have been much better if they had more than 50mins of time to play linkin parks tracks as that's not very long.
For someone who has never been to something like this, this gig/club vibe was amazing. it's not your typical club where everyone invades your personal space and grinds on you, people are there to enjoy good music and have good company by just chatting and enjoying yourself.I'd defiantly come back soon to enjoy another great night with good music and friendly people.

It was notified that open at 7pm. Though the door opened almost 8pm. There was no one and no notice to tell us at the door for the delay.

An amazing gig. The Birthday Massacre certainly know how to put on a show. Definitely the best gig I've ever been to.

Having seen them over the years and bought most of their albums - this was a real treat. The support were top drawer too making it a special evening.

maybe a bit to short was that concert,but was really great.
I like sound also,somebody said to much bass upsters,for me was perfect rich sound,I'll be back here on 24October for Citizens ;)
